The location worked very well. The railway station was near. Shops were also within walking distance. I think it was about 20 minutes. Communication occurred primarily via text messages. The hosts provided prompt responses.

I noticed a slight need for more soundproofing, especially from hallway noise.

I found the location great. It was only a 3 minute walk to the tube. i was greeted by a staff member. This staff member showed me around. free breakfast facilities were available, including cereals and tea.

The bathroom door did not close fully. It was annoying.

The accommodation is newly developed. I found the room, ensuite bath, and kitchen very nice. The hosts provide cereals, milk, coffee, and water . I considered this a thoughtful touch. The host is accommodating. He responded quickly to my questions.

Upon arrival, I observed that the main entrance wall needed paint. It made the first impression less appealing. I hope they will refresh the exterior soon.
